Delivery & Returns

Our policy is based on the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded. Any hazardous materials such as oils, flammable liquids or gases. Any custom-built, personalised goods or specially built-to-spec orders. This will include suspension components, wheels, and custom-built sprockets.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned for reasons not due to our error may result in a refund minus the original transaction fee, typically between 1.2% and 3% depending on your chosen payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Once the refund is initiated, payments can take up to 10 working days to be cleared in your bank/account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again and then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a shipping service that offers to track and insure the shipment.
We offer no guarantees towards the receipt of your returned item.

Shipping times can vary depending on the items purchased, stock availability, and the nature of the product. Custom-built or made-to-order items may take longer.

In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1 working day from the order date. Usually shipped out via 24 or 48-hour delivery. 

Pre-order/backorder items will usually have an estimated delivery day on the product listing. If no estimated delivery day is visible, please get in touch with us for an ETA on that item.
